Please Cancel Appointments in Time – Note on No-Show Fee

Punctuality is very important to us, just as it is to you. We always schedule an appointment with you and do everything we can, as long as there is no emergency in the practice, to keep your waiting times to a minimum.

To ensure a smooth process for you and our other patients, we ask you to cancel appointments you cannot keep in good time (24 hours in advance). In the event of non-attendance without cancellation, we must charge a fee of 30 euros. We thank you for your understanding.
